Our Story

APM has a rich history of serving over 2,000 units of non-profit housing, ranging from 14 to 205 units. Our portfolio includes a variety of properties, including apartment buildings, stacked townhouses, and regular townhouse projects. What sets us apart is our dedication to building long-term relationships with our properties and their residents. Many of our staff have been with us for over 20 years, and we are proud to have been retained by multiple properties over the years.
