At Jennifer Ostle Notary Corp. Inc., we understand that notary services can sometimes be urgent or time-sensitive. That's why we offer scheduling alternatives to accommodate your lifestyle, including out-of-office and evening appointments. Our team is always available to answer any questions you may have via email or telephone, and we are committed to assisting you in any way we can.

Our office hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. However, we are happy to schedule appointments outside of these hours upon request. Our office is closed on weekends and statutory holidays.

Meet Our Team

Jennifer Notary, the founder of Jennifer Ostle Notary Corp. Inc., holds an MA in Applied Legal Studies from Simon Fraser University and a BA in Psychology from Malaspina University College. Born and raised in Ladysmith, Jennifer is a proud member of the Ladysmith Chamber of Commerce, LAFF (Ladysmith Family and Friends), and the current Executive Board member of the Ladysmith Chamber of Commerce. Jennifer enjoys the outdoors, including hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, and paddle boarding in the summer, as well as practicing yoga.

Denise, our Senior Conveyancer and Legal Assistant, holds a Legal Assistant Diploma from Malaspina College. She was born and raised in Ladysmith and is an active member of the Ladysmith Fraternal Order of Eagles. Denise enjoys being active and spending time with her family and friends.

Debbie, our Administrative Assistant, is a long-time resident of Ladysmith and enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and gardening.

Dustin, our Administrative Assistant, holds a Political Science Degree from UVIC and is a resident of Ladysmith. Dustin enjoys golfing.
