Poor Customer Service Experience
Author GamerMoM rated the service 1 star due to an unpleasant interaction with a staff member. The staff member made the customer feel as though they were putting him out of his way by asking for the service. The staff member repeatedly asked if the customer was moving and seemed put off by the fact that there was an elevator and the customer was not on the ground level. This led the customer to choose another service provider who they felt would be more professional and get the job done.
