We can accommodate any special dietary needs, ensuring that everyone can enjoy our meals.

Our Souvenir Shop

Our souvenir shop includes books and maps, locally made handcrafts, blankets, birch syrup, jams, jellies, and more. We are always updating our stocks, and if there is something you would like but can't take with you, we will be happy to ship it to you. Our lodge is the starting point for the Canol Road, historical highway #6 that takes you right into the North West Territories.

The Canol Road

The Canol Road is a historical highway that stretches 925 km from the Canol oil fields to the refinery in Whitehorse. Constructed in the summer of 1942, it was a massive undertaking, with 25,000 workers toiling through extreme conditions to complete the project. Today, it offers an excellent setting for landscape photography, with its mountainous terrain, flowing rivers, and vast wilderness.

Reviews

Exceptional Staff and Service

Many reviewers have praised Frank and Sandy, the staff at this lodge, for their outstanding customer care. They have gone above and beyond to help customers, as seen in Joan Taylor's review, where the staff helped her husband retrieve a part for his truck. The lodge has also been commended for its amazing staff and food, providing a great Yukon experience.

Disappointing Customer Service

On the other hand, Amanda Ballard had a terrible experience at the lodge. She felt unwelcome and was lied to by the owner, who claimed the lodge didn't have Wi-Fi, when in fact it was readily available. Amanda was unhappy with the owner's dishonesty and cancelled her order.
