At Bear Creek Counselling & Psychology, we understand that navigating life's challenges can be daunting and overwhelming. Our team of experienced therapists is dedicated to helping clients of all ages address a wide range of issues, from depression and anxiety to trauma and grief.

Our Approach

Our approach to therapy is shaped by our commitment to creating a personalized and compassionate environment for each client. Our therapists are trained in a variety of evidence-based modalities, including psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, acceptance and commitment, and dialectical behavior therapies. We also incorporate creative and playful approaches to help individuals express themselves and connect with their emotions.

Our Team

Our team of therapists is comprised of highly trained and experienced professionals who are dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals. Our lead therapist, Beth Bellamy, is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She has extensive experience working with youth and young adults on issues such as depression, anxiety, self-harm, and grief. Jeremy Landon is a Canadian Certified Counsellor with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. He has a broad range of experience working with individuals of all ages on issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, and conflict. Lara Palset is a Canadian Certified Counsellor and our dedicated virtual counsellor. She has a Master of Arts in Counselling from Providence Theological Seminary and specializes in the treatment of spiritual abuse and trauma.
