Heritage Builders Ltd. was established in April 1991 by Mark Harding, a Howick Township native, and 3 partners from the Mildmay area. The company started operating out of the partners' homes, eventually establishing a base of operations in Mildmay, Ontario. In 1996, Mark and France Harding became the sole owners, and in 2000, they built a new office/shop in Harriston, Ontario, allowing the business to expand and grow. Today, Heritage Builders Ltd. employs 7-10 staff members, providing custom builds and renovations for agricultural, residential, and commercial clients.

Meet Mark Harding - Owner and President

Mark Harding, the owner and President of Heritage Builders Ltd., has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He completed a 3-year architectural technology course at Mohawk College before starting his building career at J H Fleming Ltd. in Hanover. Mark founded Heritage Builders Ltd. to apply his construction experience and expertise to designing and building high-quality buildings with meticulous attention to detail. With a mission to provide customers with great value at fair prices, Mark has also contributed significantly to the community through volunteer work with organizations such as the Howick Optimists, Howick Agricultural Society, Golf to Cure Cancer Golf Tournament 2016, and the Wellington International Plowing Match Committee.
