Review: We needed our property line staked for some work we are doing. I contacted both IBW and JBF surveying companies which both serviced our area in order to get my two quotes. IBW immediately began correspondence to clarify our needs and sent us a quote. JBF required a second phone call, to which they responded via email basically saying our job wasn't an interest to them and they may quote in a few weeks but to move forward with another company.
We are so glad we did! We were immediately assigned a Project Manager, Rebecca. Rebecca reached out to us the next day with an introduction email and a break down of how things would transpire. She spoke to me in layman's terms and all emails were answered immediately with exactly the information we needed. Our surveyor Mark was incredibly knowledgeable and a generally good all around human being.
He answered all questions, was efficient and marked the property line exactly the way we requested. I highly highly recommend IBW for any surveying you require regardless of the size of the job. If you can get Rebecca and Mark, you are a very lucky individual!

Review: Of course we chose the pandemic to begin a new chapter in our lives; Building our dream home! We were in desperate need of a survey of our rural property and IBW certainly delivered. Amanda went above and beyond in assisting us with obtaining additional copies, digital copies, liaising with external offices such as the planning board, land registry office and legal office, not to mention providing us with crucial updates as to the progress of workflow. Honestly, we'd have been utterly lost without her help.
She kept contact by telephone and email, following up multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed in order to move forward with our build. When the file was considered closed, she reached out yet again to ensure that we were set. Great help is truly hard to find, exceptional help even moreso. I would confidently recommend the services of IBW knowing they have the technical competency but also an incredible support staff. Job well done!
