Poor Experience
Some guests had a terrible stay at the Monte Carlo. Jason Hooft reported finding a bed bug in his bed, which left him feeling itchy and disgusted. S. criticized the hotel's inflated prices and poor hospitality, stating that the owners, Peter and Hugo, were more interested in making a profit than providing good customer service.
