Welcome to eggspectation, a Canadian born restaurant and cafe chain that has been serving up a fresh take on modern American cuisine for over 25 years. Our story began in Montreal in 1993, with a passion for innovation and a focus on delivering memorable experiences to our guests. From our humble beginnings, we have grown to become a beloved brand with close to thirty locations worldwide, and we couldn't be more thrilled to celebrate our customer-friendly culture with its focus on service, better eating, and a passion for all things "breakfasty."
