Our team has worked tirelessly to implement the revised guidelines set forth by the government and governing bodies to ensure a safe and healthy environment for everyone.

Our Commitment to Safety

As a dental profession, we already adhere to some of the strictest infection control standards. To further enhance our safety protocols, we have implemented several measures to minimize the risk of COVID-19 transmission. These measures include:

• Scheduling appointments by reservation only, with no walk-in appointments available at this time
• Enhanced pre-screening of patients at the time of booking and on the day of the appointment
• Mandatory mask-wearing, hand sanitizing, and temperature checks for all patients and staff members
• Social distancing measures, including plexiglass barriers and limited seating in the waiting area
• Enhanced cleaning and disinfection protocols, including the use of HEPA filtration systems in treatment rooms
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for our staff, including N95 respirators, gloves, masks, goggles, face shields, and surgical gowns
• Sterilization and disinfection protocols in accordance with Infection Prevention and Control Canada (IPAC) guidelines
