Meet Our Team

Derrik Libawski began his real estate career in July 1983, right out of the University of Toronto's Geography and Planning program. He has since gained extensive training and experience in sales and marketing, leading him to establish Carriage House Realty Corp. in 1993. Derrik specializes in custom estate home development and sales, having created unique and exclusive neighborhoods throughout Ontario.

Hal Napper comes from a family tradition of real estate sales that began in the 1970s. He has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of the real estate industry.

Lynne Gibson is a mortgage specialist with Dominion Lending Centers, providing preferred mortgage rates to Carriage House Realty Corp. clients.
