Therapeutic Massage

Lenita Barrett, our registered massage therapist, is committed to delivering high-quality therapeutic massage services that address your specific needs. Our massage therapy services include the following:

• 30-minute massage: $60
• 45-minute massage: $80
• 60-minute massage: $95
• 75-minute massage: $115
• 90-minute massage: $135

Our therapeutic massage services involve the hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, including muscles, connective tissue, ligaments, tendons, and joints. We are dedicated to ensuring that every session is tailored to your needs, providing you with the best possible care and treatment.

Lymphatic Drainage

Lenita Barrett has completed extensive training in Lymphatic Drainage with the Vodder School. Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, rhythmic technique used to massage the lymphatic system, promote lymph flow, and aid in the removal of waste and toxins from the body. This technique is particularly beneficial for individuals with lymphedema or those recovering from surgery or injury.

Myofascial Release

Lenita Barrett has also completed advanced training in Myofascial Release with John Barnes. Myofascial Release is a technique used to release tightness and tension in the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds the muscles and organs. This technique helps to alleviate pain and discomfort, improve mobility and range of motion, and promote overall well-being.

Oncology Massage

Lenita Barrett is certified in Oncology Massage through Greet the Day in Newport Beach, California. Oncology Massage is a specialized technique used to safely and effectively provide massage therapy to individuals undergoing or with a history of cancer treatments. Lenita is experienced in working with clients with a wide range of cancer types and stages, ensuring that every session is tailored to the individual's unique needs and providing a safe and healing environment.

Lymphedema Management

Lenita Barrett is dedicated to providing comprehensive Lymphedema Management services, including Lymphatic Drainage and compression therapy. Lymphedema is a condition characterized by the accumulation of lymph fluid in the tissues, leading to swelling and discomfort. Our Lymphedema Management services help to alleviate symptoms, improve mobility and range of motion, and promote overall well-being.

About Lenita Barrett, BA, RMT, CLT

Lenita Barrett is the owner of Health & Harmony Massage Therapy and has over 10 years of clinical experience. She completed the 2200-hour program at MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy and is registered with the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta (MTAA).

Lenita has completed extensive training in various specialized techniques, including Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release, Oncology Massage, and Hot Stone Massage. She is dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive, and effective massage therapy services tailored to your specific needs.

Lenita takes a holistic approach to massage therapy, working with and listening to every client and their body to achieve results. Her unique style combines her knowledge of anatomy and physiology, critical thinking, and advanced training to provide you with the best possible care.

In addition to being a massage therapist, wife, and mom, Lenita is a member of the Alberta Lymphedema Association and the Society for Oncology Massage (S4OM). She is passionate about giving back to her community and volunteers weekly at Hospice Calgary's, Sage Centre providing massage to the participants of their Living with Cancer Program.
