Our Story
Our journey began in 1997 when Chef James started his culinary journey, meeting people from all walks of life and learning about the various job opportunities the culinary field has to offer. His dream was to one day operate his own restaurant in the Niagara Region. With the support of his family, Chef James attended Fanshawe College in London, Ontario, and took business courses to learn how to operate a small business. On February 6th, 2001, The Heat Is On Catering & Personal Chef Service was born.
