Our History

LINN Millwork, a trusted name in the industry, was founded in 1990 with a vision to provide high-quality commercial millwork services to the Saskatoon area. Over the past 25 years, we have grown and established ourselves as a leading provider of custom cabinets, millwork products, and specialty services. Our company was named after the renowned Linn turntable company, known for its philosophy of excellence - "We don't make anything unless it's better than what's available elsewhere. For us, 'good enough' isn't good enough." This philosophy resonates with us, and we strive to uphold it in every project we undertake.

Our Team

Our team at LINN Millwork consists of experienced professionals who are dedicated to delivering the best possible results for our clients. Our team includes:

• Don Gustafson: Project Manager - Don joined LINN Millwork in 1994 and became a co-owner in 2010. With his vast experience and expertise, Don is responsible for managing our projects to ensure they meet AWMAC quality standards, client deadlines, and design intentions.
• Jason Ewen: Estimator and Journeyman Cabinet Maker - Jason has been a part of the LINN Millwork team since 2001. With his hands-on experience and knowledge, he is responsible for estimating and managing our projects.
• Levi Stuhr: Shop Foreman - Levi is responsible for overseeing the production of our custom millwork products and ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards.

At LINN Millwork, we specialize in providing a wide range of services, including:

• Custom Cabinets: We design and manufacture custom cabinets for a variety of applications, including commercial and residential spaces. Our cabinets are built to the highest quality standards and are designed to meet our clients' specific needs.
• Millwork Products: We provide custom millwork products, including doors, windows, moldings, and more. Our products are made from high-quality materials and are customized to meet our clients' specifications.
• Specialty Services: We offer a range of specialty services, including design and engineering, project management, and installation. Our team has the expertise and experience to handle even the most complex projects.

As members of the Architectural Woodwork Manufacturers Association of Canada (AWMAC), we are committed to providing high-quality products and services that meet the standards set out in the North American Architectural Woodwork Standards (NAAWS) Manual. We are proud recipients of numerous AWMAC Awards of Excellence for our work in residential and commercial projects.

Sustainability

As a manufacturer of wood-based products, we believe in promoting the natural characteristics of wood. Wood is a renewable resource, and Canada is home to the most certified forests of any country in the world. Manufacturing with wood products contributes less air and water pollution than other building material manufacturing processes. We are committed to providing our clients with green options for custom projects, including products made from recycled content and low-emission materials. In addition, we donate a portion of our profits to Tree Canada to support the renewal of Canada's forests.

Our Location

Our millwork shop is located at 1801 Ontario Avenue in Saskatoon, SK. We welcome our clients to visit us and see our custom millwork products in person.
