Our History
Zeraus Products Inc. was founded in December 2005, and since then, it has quickly established a leading position in the Canadian coating/flooring market. We develop our own products in a well-equipped laboratory located in our head office in Vaughan (north of Toronto), which enables us to offer our customers a unique combination of various technology platforms, problem-solving, on-site job training and support, custom formulations, and product development skills.

Customer Service and Support
However, the customer service and support seem to be a concern. Casey Donahue had a poor experience, giving a 1-star rating, as they failed to respond to emails and phone calls. The representative was also unprofessional, hanging up on Casey mid-conversation.
