Service Quality
The majority of reviews praised the clinic for its excellent service quality, reliability, and knowledgeable staff. Adeline Steffi described the clinic as a "good clinic in our locality" with a "very good Doctor, Pharmacist and Receptionist." Omar Faruk, Mahesh Khanal, Probashi Mon, Seamuzzaman Nahid, and Nishat Sharmin all gave positive feedback, highlighting the clinic's professionalism, friendly staff, and great customer service. The clinic's ability to offer free home delivery of medications was also appreciated by Omar Faruk.
Negative Experiences
However, there were two negative reviews that highlighted issues with the clinic's service. A. C. Hagoriles had a poor experience with the COVID-19 PCR testing, stating that they waited five days without receiving any results and were met with an unhelpful response when they inquired about the delay. Edunet Ajay had a negative experience with the doctor's attitude, stating that the doctor refused to fill out a form despite it being mostly completed and only needing a signature.
