Our Legacy

The firm was founded by Jonathan H. Marler, a respected lawyer who practiced law for over 50 years and served as a mentor to many young lawyers. Mitchell Kane, a protege of Jonathan Marler, joined the firm during his articling period and eventually became a partner in Marler & Kane LLP. After Jonathan's passing in 2024, Mitchell Kane took over the firm and renamed it Kane Law.
