Company Issues and Concerns
The reviewers expressed several concerns and issues with the company, including unprofessional behavior, lack of responsibility, and disregard for the community and environment.
Uncompleted Job and Unfair Business Practices
One reviewer, Brian Fong, reported being quoted for a job that was not completed, and instead of taking responsibility, the company made him sign exit paperwork to reduce liability and pay a fee. This experience left him with a strong warning to others to avoid the company at all costs.
Disrespect for the Community and Environment
The other reviewer, Wes, shared a lengthy list of grievances regarding the company's construction site practices. Construction workers were reported to be littering the neighborhood with cigarette butts and garbage, damaging a small garden and tree shrubs, and engaging in illegal parking in residential areas. The noise from the construction site was also a significant disturbance, with loud noises and engine sounds starting as early as 6:30 am and continuing until 9:30 pm, despite police intervention.
