At A-Maccal Construction Technologies Ltd., we have been providing exceptional design and consulting services for building permits since 1996. Our founder, Marcel, is an experienced Certified Engineering Technologist with over 40 years of experience in municipal work and residential and commercial construction. Having served as a contractual Chief Building Official in various townships across eastern Ontario, Marcel has gained extensive knowledge in building applicable laws, by-laws, zoning, and conservation agencies, which he leveraged to start A-Maccal Construction Technologies Ltd.
Our mission is to remove luck from the equation of permit approvals and make the process seamless for our clients. We offer residential and small commercial design and consulting services in English and French to help our clients navigate the complexities of municipal by-laws and zoning requirements.
Qualifications
At A-Maccal Construction Technologies Ltd., we are proud members of the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT), and our team possesses a Building Code Identification Number (BCIN) and a Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) designation. We are committed to providing superior services to our clients and ensuring that their designs and plans meet and exceed regulatory requirements.

1. You come to us with pictures from magazines, other websites, or your designs.
2. We listen to your wants and needs.
3. We ask clarifying questions to ensure we understand your vision.
4. We develop ideas for inspiration ahead of time.
5. We complete the design on our 2D and 3D models, situating your furniture and appliances all at scale.
6. We review everything with you remotely via Zoom for modifications and suggestions.
