Wills and Estates

Everyone needs a Will and a Continuing Power of Attorney to ensure that their assets are preserved and passed to loved ones. Without a Will, you have no say in the distribution of your assets after your death. Similarly, if you do not complete a Continuing Power of Attorney, the Public Guardian and Trustee of Ontario may become the Guardian of your property if you become mentally incapable. With over 25 years of experience in preparing Wills and Powers of Attorney, our firm offers a unique package for married couples, including two wills and two Continuing Powers of Attorney for a reasonable fee. This package provides peace of mind and ensures that your assets are protected.

Notary Public Services

In addition to our legal services, we also offer Notary Public Services. Our team can assist with notarized affidavits, declarations, consent to travel forms, and certified documents. Most notary services are available on a walk-in basis without an appointment for a reasonable fee of as little as $40.00.

Availability

We understand the importance of being available to our clients. We are available most evenings until 7 pm and offer weekend appointments by appointment.
