Disappointing Experience
The reviews for CeeJay revealed two opposing views, one extremely negative and the other overwhelmingly positive. The first reviewer, Abdel Mahmoud, rated the company 1 star and shared a horrific experience. They claimed that CeeJay allowed significant mistakes to happen during the renovation, resulting in a prolonged completion deadline and additional expenses. The owner of the company was allegedly arrogant and short-tempered, refusing to listen to concerns and making matters worse. The reviewer expressed disappointment with the quality of work, citing examples such as ruined wood floors, incorrect foundation work, and a sewage issue.
Exceptional Service
On the other hand, Noel H. and Martin Mastrangelo praised CeeJay with 5-star ratings. Noel described the company as "the absolute best" to trust with a renovation project, highlighting its punctuality, trustworthiness, and excellent customer service. Martin echoed similar sentiments, stating that CeeJay provided "fantastic customer service, " "excellent carpenters, " and "honest, reliable, and trustworthy" work. He would "recommend them ten times over."
Questionable Business Practices
Anna Mar's 1-star review raised concerns about CeeJay's ethics. She alleged that the owner, Aaron, tried to blackmail her into using his services and had to take him to court for a cease and desist order.
