Laser Cutting
Our laser cutting service utilizes focused beams of light for precise thermal cutting of steel materials. This advanced technology enables clean, accurate cuts for complex shapes and designs. The process is ideal for applications requiring tight tolerances and smooth edge finishes, supporting both prototyping and large-scale production needs in Alberta's industrial sector.
Waterjet Cutting
We offer waterjet cutting capable of handling materials up to 8" thick with tolerances as tight as 0.005. Our three high-pressure Flow waterjets with five cutting heads deliver precision parts for demanding applications. This cold-cutting process maintains material integrity while accommodating complex geometries, making it suitable for steel grades including A36/44W, A514/QT100, and Hardox 400.
Plasma Cutting
Our 260-amp Hypertherm plasma system cuts materials up to 1.5" thick at rapid speeds. The 6' x 20' cutting table handles large-format projects efficiently. This service is optimized for parts that don't require waterjet-level precision, including structural components like base plates, lifting lugs, and custom fabrications for Alberta's energy and construction sectors.
CNC Machining
Our vertical machining center features an 84" bed with 30" head space, complemented by a turning center with 3.5" spindle bore. These CNC systems enable precise component manufacturing for complex assemblies. The equipment expands our service offerings to include precision-machined parts that integrate seamlessly with our fabrication and cutting capabilities.
Welding & Fabrication
We provide comprehensive welding and fabrication services for structural steel projects. Our expertise covers all welding processes and materials including steel and aluminum.
