Our Services
Our counselling services are designed to help individuals, couples, and families overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. We specialize in addiction counselling, providing individual, couples, and trauma counselling to help you or a loved one overcome addictive behaviours. Our services also include counselling for depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief, among other concerns. We offer in-person, online, and telephone options with daytime and evening appointments available to accommodate your schedule.
Our Counsellor
Meet Carol Wilson, MA, CPC, our experienced and compassionate counsellor. With over 30 years of experience working in addiction and mental health, Carol has a deep understanding of the struggles people face. She offers a warm, non-judgmental space to explore your concerns and discover new and exciting solutions. Carol's training and experience include several therapeutic modalities, including Person Centered Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Gottman Couples Therapy.
