Facilities and Location
The facilities at the badminton and tennis courts are considered to be in a beautiful location along the river, although some courts can be quite slippery even when dry. The atmosphere is generally considered to be nice, and the courts are clean with easy-on-the-knees hardwood.
Staff and Services
However, the reception staff, particularly a middle-aged female, has been reported to be rude and condescending. The facility seems to be strict about indoor shoes, requiring patrons to bring two pairs to show that they are not bringing in any contamination from the outside world. Some patrons also feel that the prices are only reasonable during slow hours on weekend evenings.
Covid Precautions
There have been concerns raised about the lack of COVID-19 precautions, including no plexiglass for staff and no mandatory masks required upon entering the building to go to the courts. There is only one door for entering and exiting the building, which has raised safety concerns.
Overall Experience
Despite the beautiful location and clean facilities, the overall experience for some patrons has been negatively impacted by the rude staff, strict rules, and lack of COVID-19 precautions. However, others have had a positive experience and consider it to be a great place for badminton and tennis.
