Services
Window Washing
Our window washing service utilizes purified water-fed pole technology to deliver streak-free results for hard-to-reach windows. Serving both residential and commercial clients, we clean interior and exterior surfaces using 100% biodegradable solutions. Our team safely handles high-rise buildings, heritage homes, and storefronts while protecting surrounding property during service delivery.
Gutter Cleaning
Professional gutter cleaning prevents water damage through complete debris removal and downspout clearance. We offer rope-access solutions for multi-story buildings and apply eco-friendly treatments to inhibit future debris buildup. Annual maintenance plans include priority scheduling and comprehensive drainage system inspections across Metro Vancouver and Victoria.
Roof Cleaning
Specialized roof cleaning removes moss, algae, and lichen using safe, low-pressure techniques that extend roof lifespan. Our treatment process creates protective barriers against regrowth while preserving roofing materials. Services cover all roof types including asphalt shingles, metal, clay tiles, and traditional cedar shakes across residential and commercial properties.
Pressure Washing
High-pressure cleaning restores exterior surfaces like concrete, brick, and cedar decks without causing damage. Our calibrated equipment safely removes years of grime while protecting surrounding landscaping. Commercial clients benefit from storefront refreshes and parking lot maintenance that enhances business visibility and customer impressions.
Moss Removal
Targeted moss removal prevents structural damage through manual extraction and preventative treatment application. We address both aesthetic concerns and functional risks to roofing systems using environmentally responsible methods. Post-removal treatments inhibit regrowth while maintaining roof material integrity across Metro Vancouver's high-rainfall zones.
