Disappointing Experiences
One customer, O., had a extremely negative experience renting a cottage through Cottages Unlimited. They stayed at Property ID :005HH in Mississippi Lake, Near Carlton Place, from July 2021. Unfortunately, the cottage was infested with flying insects, which made it difficult for them to enjoy their vacation. The insects were attracted to the inside lights, and despite taking precautions to keep the windows and doors closed, they were still able to get inside. The bugs were present everywhere, including on the ceiling, walls, floors, and even in their beds. The customer had to spend a restless night and decided to leave in the morning. They contacted the owners, but were told that the company was not responsible for "mother Nature" and that they should have just cleaned the bugs and monitored their light usage. The customer was not satisfied with the response and did not receive a refund or compensation.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, three customers, Les Saltel, Ben Duf, and Becky Voras, had extremely positive experiences with Cottages Unlimited. Les Saltel praised the company's sales representative, Monica, saying that she was great to deal with and provided lots of choices. Ben Duf and Becky Voras also gave the company 5-star ratings, stating that they were awesome to deal with and helped them with their needs.
