At the Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario (ARIDO), we are dedicated to promoting the profession of interior design in Ontario, Canada. Our mission is to advance the interior design profession, support our members, and protect the public's health, safety, and well-being. We represent over 4,000 registered interior designers across the province, who strive to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and safe interior environments.
As the professional body for interior designers in Ontario, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of education, experience, and ethics in the profession. Our History
ARIDO has a rich history dating back to 1934, when it was established as a non-profit organization to promote the interior design profession in Ontario. Over the years, we have evolved to meet the changing needs of the profession and the public, always staying true to our core values of excellence, integrity, and service.
