Founded in 1977, Coastal Mountain Excavations Ltd has a rich history of providing construction and snow removal services to the Sea to Sky Corridor. Over the years, we have grown and evolved to meet the changing needs of our clients, always striving to deliver the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Community Involvement and Kindness
Coast Mountain Excavations has demonstrated a strong sense of community involvement and kindness through the actions of their employees. In one instance, an employee stopped to help a resident clear snow from their driveway, showing a willingness to go above and beyond. Another employee showed kindness by giving a resident's driveway a quick scrape without expecting payment.
Concerns with Snow Plow Operations
On the other hand, there have been concerns raised about the company's snow plow operations. One reviewer had an unfortunate accident with one of their snow plows, which resulted in damage to their vehicle. The operator of the snow plow allegedly did not take responsibility for the incident and tried to intimidate the reviewer.
Customer Service and Accountability
The company's customer service and accountability have been called into question. The reviewer who had the accident with the snow plow did not receive a response from the company's office, and the operator denied any recollection of the incident.
