At TCWO, we pride ourselves on being the National Capital's only not-for-profit indoor and outdoor clay court facility. Our mission is to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for tennis enthusiasts of all levels to come together, improve their skills, and have a great time. Our goal is to foster a sense of community among our members, while providing excellent facilities and services to support their tennis experiences.

Our Facilities and Services

Our state-of-the-art indoor clay court facility features six indoor Red Clay courts, as well as a fully staffed clubhouse with locker rooms, showers, and a canteen. We also have seven outdoor Har-Tru Clay courts, set amidst the beautiful surroundings of Britannia Beach Park. As a member of TCWO, you'll have access to our summer membership program, which includes court reservations, tournaments, leagues, and social events.

Membership and Court Reservations

We offer a range of membership options to suit your needs and preferences. Our summer membership program is a fantastic way to experience the best of TCWO, with access to our indoor and outdoor courts, as well as our fully staffed clubhouse. Court reservations can be made online or in-person through our Court Reserve system. We also offer private lessons, ball machine rentals, and group programs to help you improve your game.

Summer Season Court Booking and Clubhouse Policies

As we enter the summer season, we're excited to announce our summer court booking and clubhouse policies. Our courts are open from 8:00am to 10:00pm, Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 8:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Annual and Summer members can book courts up to five days in advance at 7am. Summer members can activate their membership online May 1st and start enjoying the benefits of summer tennis at TCWO.
