Khoshaba appreciated the non-pushy approach and quick design service, while Tracey Hawksworth highlighted the professional design service, great product line-up, and full custom installation.
However, Katerina Houbtchev had a less positive experience. She rated the service 2 stars and expressed disappointment with the finishing touches, specifically the caulking and the hood fan cover. The installer blamed the dry air in her home for the poor caulking, and despite multiple attempts, the issue was not resolved. The hood fan cover was also misaligned, with nails protruding and visible patching, leading to a frustrating experience for the customer.
