At Moby Concrete, we are a family-owned and operated concrete supplier based in Vanderhoof, serving the Nechako region including Vanderhoof, Fort St James, Fraser Lake, Burns Lake, Clucus Lake, and Prince George. Our mission is to provide high-quality, affordable concrete services to contractors and homeowners alike. We take pride in our commitment to delivering professional and consistent results, with a personal touch that sets us apart from larger corporations.

Our Story

Josh and Sierra Giesbrecht, Vanderhoof residents, purchased Moby Concrete in April 2021 with a vision to revolutionize the concrete industry in the Nechako region. Under new management, we strive to build strong relationships with our customers, providing personalized service and attention to detail. Our team is comprised of capable and reliable individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional results. We have mechanics on staff to ensure our equipment is always in top condition, and friendly office staff ready to provide you with accurate estimates and support.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of concrete services to cater to the unique needs of our customers. Our Redi Mix concrete is perfect for contractors and homeowners looking for a high-quality concrete solution for their projects. We also provide a variety of concrete blocks, including road barriers and custom precast options, ideal for landscaping, bridge building, and more. In addition, we offer a range of aggregates, including crushed products, round products, sand products, and specialty products, perfect for landscaping, driveways, and other applications.

Our Batch Plants

We have two batch plant locations in Vanderhoof and Fort St James, allowing us to serve the Nechako region with the freshest concrete possible. Our equipment includes 8 mixers, gravel trucks, and a pump truck, ensuring we can handle projects of all sizes. Our pump truck is a 30-meter pump that requires a minimum of 20mpa (3000psi) concrete to use, and can reach up to 90' off of the front and up to 180' when line pumping.
