Poor Customer Service and Quality Work
Several reviewers have expressed disappointment with the poor customer service and subpar work received from Homebath. The company has failed to follow through on warranty repairs, respond to customer inquiries, and provide quality finished products.
Cracks in Mosaic Tile and Warranty Repairs
Bill S. had a new tub and tub surround installed in early 2019, but soon after, cracks appeared in the grout of the mosaic tile. Despite repeated contacts, the company failed to repair the issue, citing the pandemic as an excuse.
Acrylic Wall Issues and No Response
Maria Lor Vhic Torupa had a bathtub replaced, but the acrylic wall started to move when pushed towards the wall, causing a gap between the tub and wall where water could seep inside. Despite emailing multiple times, Homebath failed to respond or repair the issue.
Leakage, Tarnishing, and Lack of Communication
Claire Kochan had 2 bathrooms done, but noticed leakage and tarnishing after just 4 months. Despite multiple attempts to contact Wayne and Sherrie, she received no response.
Shower Base Issues and Production Disconnect
