Poor Service and Unhelpful Staff
Many reviewers have expressed disappointment with the service they received from Lister Motor Sports. Lorin Hughes and King Godzilla both gave the store a 1-star rating, citing poor service and a lack of human compassion. Lorin was traveling through Whitehorse and needed a chain replacement for his bike, but was told to wait 10 days for service. King Godzilla was promised that a specific product would be available for him to purchase the next day, but was told the product had sold out.
Knowledgeable Staff and Good Customer Service
On the other hand, several reviewers have praised the knowledgeable and helpful staff at Lister Motor Sports. Wally Bootsma and Tim Stermann both gave the store 5-star ratings, with Wally appreciating the busy and friendly atmosphere, and Tim praising the staff for setting up a pop-up tent to help him work on his bike in the rain. Heston Williams also gave the store 5 stars, saying that the staff went the extra mile to help him with a bike problem.
Customer Service Issues
