Security Services at the Airport
The author, Rory Gibson, has expressed his dissatisfaction with the security services at the airport. He gave them a rating of one star. His experience involved turning in a wallet he found at the airport, and he found the process to be unnecessarily complicated. He mentioned that it was like a "friggin Rubix Cube problem" to figure out what they would do with the wallet and find the person. He also pointed out that the airport is served by one major airline, so it should not be difficult to determine the next step to find someone from Ontario.
Communication Issues
Rory also criticized the conversation he overheard between the security personnel and their leader, which made him doubt the leader's ability to organize a simple task like a free lunch at A&W. This suggests that there may be communication issues within the security team.
Need for Improvement
Rory concluded that the security services at the airport need less uniform and equipment and more brain power. This implies that the security team may be over-equipped but under-trained or under-staffed, leading to inefficient service.
