The reviews are a mix of positive and negative experiences. On the positive side, many customers appreciate the thoroughness of the eye exams, the professionalism of Dr. Chan and his staff, and the welcoming environment of the clinic. They also appreciate the clear explanations provided during the exams and the helpfulness of the staff with glasses selection and other queries.
On the negative side, one customer had a poor experience with the accuracy of the eye exams, specifically with a glasses prescription that was later found to be incorrect. Another customer was not satisfied with the reception staff's attitude and efficiency.
