RS Tax Service is a tax preparation business that is dedicated to helping clients navigate the ever-changing tax and business landscape. Founded by the esteemed tax specialist, Roberta Hearn, the business has been built on a foundation of comprehensive knowledge, experience, and a deep understanding of the tax industry.

Roberta Hearn, who had over 30 years of experience in the tax industry, started her career by teaching future tax specialists and working for different major tax firms. She eventually established her own tax business, where she mentored her daughter, Michelle Trowbridge, for over a decade. Roberta's passing in 2022 was a significant loss, but Michelle persevered and took on the challenge of continuing her mother's legacy.

Michelle Trowbridge, who is now running the business remotely, is committed to ensuring that the compassion, integrity, and dependability that her mother instilled upon her are carried on to the business's dedicated clients. Despite the challenges brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, Michelle made the hard decision to close the long-established office in Whitby and move it to Kingston. She found that remotely was the best way to ensure RS Tax clients continued to receive reliable service with no restrictions when needed.
