Our Process
Our design process begins with a consultation to understand our clients' needs and preferences. Our experienced designers work closely with clients to create a custom design that meets their requirements, budget, and style. Once the design is finalized, our skilled craftsmen manufacture the cabinetry in our state-of-the-art facility. Customer Service and Communication
Some customers had issues with the communication and customer service from Harbour City Kitchens. Velray Suite had a minor issue with the hinges on one door, which was resolved with new hinges and excellent customer service. Devin had a much more significant issue with handles that were installed incorrectly, with multiple replacement attempts and poor communication from the company. W. Alton experienced poor customer service when they had issues with cabinet doors being painted the wrong shade, and the company initially denied the mistake.
Quality of Work and Products
The quality of work and products from Harbour City Kitchens was mixed. Some customers were thrilled with their final products, such as Francesca Hilborn, who had a seamless experience with the design and installation of their kitchen, and Barb Brigit, who had a great experience with the delivery and installation of their new kitchen. Others had issues, such as Caleb Steeper, who had to fix multiple problems with his kitchen cabinetry, and W. Alton, who had issues with cabinet doors being painted the wrong shade and then having to repair stripped holes on the cabinets.
Product Selection and Design
Harbour City Kitchens' product selection and design services were generally well-received by customers. Author Aleatha Walls praised the showroom, saying it was the nicest and largest on the island. Francesca Hilborn had a great experience with the designer, who was able to provide a customized solution for their space. Barb Brigit appreciated the attention to detail and creative suggestions from her designer.
Price and Value
Some customers felt that the price and value of Harbour City Kitchens were reasonable, while others did not. Devin felt that the price was too high, given the poor customer service and quality of work they experienced. W. Alton felt that the company was too busy to provide quality customer service, which affected their overall experience and satisfaction with the product.
