Our services include the production of one-of-a-kind parts, repairs to equipment, rebuilds of hydraulic cylinders, irrigation pumps, and gearboxes, as well as welding of various materials using stick and TIG aluminum processes.

Precision Machining

Our machinists have the expertise and knowledge to produce precise parts using both manual and automated equipment. With an eye for detail, they take accurate measurements and ensure that the output meets the specified requirements. We use state-of-the-art equipment and machinery, including a CNC mill, to produce high-quality parts that meet our clients' specifications.

Tool & Die Making

We have the capability to design and manufacture custom tools and dies for various industrial applications. Our team of experienced tool and die makers have the skills and knowledge to produce precision tools and dies that meet the demands of our clients' industries.

Hydraulic Cylinder Rebuilds

Our hydraulic cylinder rebuild services include disassembling the cylinder, inspecting and cleaning the parts, replacing any worn or damaged parts, and reassembling the cylinder. We use only high-quality materials and parts to ensure that the rebuilt cylinder operates efficiently and effectively.

Pump Parts and Rebuilds

We carry a variety of irrigation pump parts and have the expertise to rebuild pumps to like-new condition. Our pump rebuild services include disassembling the pump, inspecting and cleaning the parts, replacing any worn or damaged parts, and reassembling the pump. We use only high-quality materials and parts to ensure that the rebuilt pump operates efficiently and effectively.

Welding Services

Our welding services include stick and TIG aluminum welding of various materials. We have the capability to weld anything from simple projects to complex parts. Our welders have the expertise and knowledge to produce high-quality welds that meet our clients' specifications.

Millwright Services

Our millwright services include installing, maintaining, repairing, and dismantling machinery and equipment. Our millwrights have the expertise and knowledge to ensure that the machinery and equipment operate efficiently and effectively.

CNC Fabricating

We now offer CNC fabricating services for both simple and complex parts. Our CNC fabrication services include programming, setup, and operation of CNC machines to produce high-quality parts that meet our clients' specifications.

Careers

We are currently looking for a skilled Full-Time Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in using and/or programming manual, semi-automated, or automated tools and machines, such as lathes and grinders. They will have the ability to use precision tools, such as calipers, to take accurate measurements, and have knowledge of the properties of metal and other materials. The candidate will also have the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals, and have good math and analytical skills. Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items, and a high school diploma or equivalent, with completion of vocational training or an apprenticeship, will be an asset.
