Problems with Service
One customer, however, had a very poor experience. Daniel Lee's 1-star review describes a disastrous experience where his suits were lost for a month, and he was given different excuses each time he visited the store. When the suits were finally ready, they had a greasy stain on them. Additionally, the owner was rude and combative, and Daniel warns others to stay away.
Additional Services
