Poor Customer Service and Pushy Sales Tactics
The review of Paul Ridig highlights a poor customer service experience, with a rude female staff member and pushy salespeople, who are not knowledgeable about current business practices. Similarly, Author Emil Johns shares a horrible experience with a pushy, arrogant, and overly priced staff member, who failed to provide a water test printout unless the customer purchased a specific amount of chemicals. This trend of pushy sales tactics continues with Authors Zachary Vercillo and Claudio Pagnotta, who both experienced overpricing and poor customer service, with staff members trying to sell them unnecessary items and hiding the owner's name.
Inadequate or Biased Water Testing
All reviews, except for the positive one from Else W., express disappointment with the water testing services provided by Diplomat Pools. The staff members are either unable or unwilling to provide accurate test results, or they pressure customers to purchase specific chemicals or equipment. Emil Johns highlights that the "lady" in the store refused to give him his water test printout unless he purchased the suggested amount of chemicals. Similarly, Claudio Pagnotta was forced to buy specific chemicals to get his water printout, despite already having his own at home.
No Positive Experiences
Only one review, from Else W., expresses a positive experience with Diplomat Pools. Nick, one of the staff members, helped the family fix their pool vacuum problem efficiently and without charging a repair fee.
