Founded in 1992 by Curtis Deen, a State of Florida Certified General Contractor and specialty Marine Contractor, our company has grown to become a trusted name in the industry. With over 530 projects completed to date, exceeding $300 million in contracted work, and a 100% rating with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), we have established ourselves as a reliable and efficient construction partner.

Our team is led by Curtis Deen, a descendant of the Florida Tribe of Eastern Creek Indians, who qualifies as a State-Certified Minority Business Enterprise. Alongside Curtis, our senior management team includes Gregg Galzerano, with 31 years of experience, and Debbie Hottle, with 26 years of experience. Together, we bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project we undertake. Our commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction has earned us an excellent reputation in the industry, with hundreds of satisfied customers and a spotless record of no defaults.

Our Facility

Our main office is strategically located at 395 S Range Road, Cocoa, Florida, just 1.5 miles east of Interstate 95. Our complex features a 25,000-square-foot warehouse, equipped with a metal brake, iron worker, and two table saws for finished carpentry. The building sits on 8 acres of land, utilized to store materials and equipment. We are proud of our excellent safety record, drug-free workplace, and commitment to following all FDEP and SWPPP regulations.
