It all started in the summer of 1995 when Cecilia's Hair Salon first opened its doors in Vallejo, CA. Since then, we have expanded our team, reach, and moved locations to beautiful American Canyon. Despite our growth, our goal remains the same: to provide our clients with the best service at the best prices. Our Services

Our services include haircuts, hair colouring, highlights, perms, relaxers, keratin treatments, and more. We also offer hair removal services, including eyebrow threading, lip and chin hair removal, and sideburn hair removal. Additionally, our makeup services include bridal, day, and henna applications.
