Overcharging and Poor Communication Issues
Several customers have expressed frustration with overcharging and poor communication. Matthew Foster-McDiarmid had to pay $1100 for two simple repairs, including a thermostat and blower fan, and was told that the shop supervisor would come for a ride-along to identify the issue. When asked for a refund, he was met with resistance. In contrast, MGM offered to do the same repairs for $650-700. This experience has left a sour taste and Matthew will not be returning to Cam Clark Ford and will advise others to avoid it.
