We are proud to offer clean, modern, and well-spaced cottages, all with stunning lakefront views. Our resort boasts 500' of shoreline and 15 acres of land, providing plenty of space for you to roam and explore.
Our Cottages
We offer four uniquely designed cottages, each with its own charm and character. Our cottages can accommodate groups of various sizes, making them perfect for family vacations, couples' getaways, and reunions. All of our cottages have comfortable double beds, three-piece bathrooms, a fridge with a freezer, stove, microwave, and coffee maker. Here's a little more about each of our cottages:
- Heron Cottage: This cottage is our largest, with three bedrooms and a spacious living area. It can accommodate up to eight guests and offers breathtaking views of the lake.
- Loon Cottage: This cozy cottage has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to six guests. It features a large deck, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the lake view.
- Chickadee Cottage: This cottage has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to six guests. It is our most secluded cottage, offering a peaceful and private escape.
- Blue Jay Cottage: This cottage has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to six guests. It is located closest to the beach and offers easy access to all of the resort's amenities.
Amenities and Services
At Pickerel Lake Cottage Resort, we offer a variety of amenities and services to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our resort features a large, sandy, and child-friendly beach, perfect for building sandcastles and taking a dip in the lake. We also have a volleyball area and horseshoe pit for your enjoyment.
We offer complimentary use of a canoe and kayak for our guests, and steel or fibreglass fishing boats with engines are available to rent by the day or week. Fishing enthusiasts will be delighted to know that Pickerel Lake is home to a variety of fish, including pickerel (walleye), pike, smallmouth bass, and perch.
Each cottage is equipped with a fire pit, and additional firewood is available for an extra charge. We also offer ATV, fishing, hunting, and snowmobiling adventures year-round for those looking for a little more adventure.
The Lake
Pickerel Lake is a deep, spring-fed lake covering approximately 8 square miles. It is home to weed beds and varied shorelines, providing an excellent habitat for a variety of fish. Our lake is perfect for fishing, boating, and swimming, and our beach is a great place to relax and soak up the sun.
