Our Commitment to Freshness and Local Produce
At the Bridge Bistro, we take pride in our cooking, which is made fresh in-house every day using only the freshest ingredients. We are dedicated to buying ethical and local produce from Broxburn Farm in Lethbridge and sourcing as many proteins and other menu items as possible from British Columbia and Canada.
We understand that food allergies and intolerances can be a concern, and we have taken steps to minimize the risk of cross-contamination. However, please note that our menu does contain peanuts, tree nuts, seeds, soy, milk, eggs, and wheat. We encourage you to inform your server if you have any allergies or food intolerances. Our menu includes the following allergen information: GF-Gluten Free, DF-Dairy Free, V-Vegetarian, Mod-Modification required, Ses-Sesame, Vin-Vinegar, Cil-Cilantro, and Egg.

- Breakfast Menu - Available from 9 am - 1 pm. We offer delicious breakfast options, including our famous Eggs Benny, Pancakes, French toast, Bowls, and made-to-order skillets.
- Lunch/Dinner Menu - We offer a wide selection of comfort food, salads, bowls and wraps, soup/sandwich, burgers, sandwiches, and more. Our Dinner menu offers a variety of meals to suit most guests, including Canadian wild meat, pasta, rotisserie chicken and ribs, vegetarian options as well as burgers, and other handhelds.
- Kids Menu - For anyone up to 12 years of age, we offer a special kids menu that includes a variety of options.
- Drinks Menu - We offer a selection of drinks to accompany your meal, including wines, beers, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Special Menu - We also offer a special menu that includes vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options.

Join us daily from 3 pm - 6 pm for our Happy Hour / After Work / Apres Ski. We offer a variety of drink specials and delicious appetizers that will help you unwind after a long day.
