Our inspections follow the NACHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. After a thorough evaluation, we'll take the time to explain our findings and answer any questions you may have.
Spectrum Home Inspections offers additional services, including water testing, water flow testing, and Radon Gas testing, for an extra fee. All additional services include a 15% HST charge.
