Some of our popular classes include Warm Yin, which focuses on specific energetic meridians and flexibility; Yoga Works, which introduces all the elements of yoga; and Warm Gentle Flow, which is a great introduction to flow style classes.

1. Two Locations: We are excited to announce that we now have two locations in Prince George - our downtown yoga studio and a new fitness studio located at The Prestige Treasure Cove Resort.

3. Hot & Warm Classes: Our downtown studio has a dedicated hot and warm yoga room, with heated ceilings to help get things heated up!
