Concerns and Feedback
The two reviews highlight some concerns and feedback about a hockey team in Airdrie. Negative Experience
The first review, given by Kiara Garner with a rating of 1 star, expresses strong dissatisfaction with the team. According to Kiara, the group of people involved with the team are "horrible" and allow players to engage in behavior that is detrimental to their mental well-being. She specifically calls out the coaches for allowing this behavior to continue and expresses her disappointment and frustration with the situation.
Positive Recognition
On the other hand, Chris Wirsch's review, with a 5-star rating, is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the coaches and volunteers. Chris acknowledges the challenges of the time trials and praises the team for persevering and getting the job done, despite the chaos.
Overall
It is clear that there is a significant divide in opinions about this hockey team. While Chris has a positive experience, Kiara has a very negative one. It is important for the team to take Kiara's concerns seriously and address the issues she raises in order to improve the overall experience for all players and families involved.
