Our History

Carman Construction Inc. has a rich history that dates back to 1946, when Carman Fielding Sr. established Carman Fielding Construction Company to provide equipment rentals and aggregate sales to INCO and local municipalities. In 1954, he established Carman Construction Limited and expanded services to the Mining Industry throughout Northern Ontario. Today, as a fourth-generation family-owned business, we continue to build on our legacy of quality service and innovation.

Our Fleet

Our present fleet of equipment is comprised of over 135 pieces, ranging from 5 Tonne to 165 Tonne units, ensuring that we have the resources to tackle even the most complex projects.
