P. W. Kaeser Stores Ltd., located in the heart of Fort Smith, Northwest Territories, on the picturesque banks of the Slave River, is a family-owned and operated grocery and retail store that has been serving the community since 1947. Our commitment is to provide a wide range of goods and services to our customers, including groceries, clothing, shoes, giftware, hardware, kitchen and bath supplies, sports and camping equipment, pet supplies, seasonal items, and even fishing licenses.

As a multi-generational family-owned business, we take pride in our strong roots within Fort Smith, dating back to the 1930s. Over the years, we have watched our family grow alongside many other families in this beautiful town, and we are dedicated to giving back to the community through sponsorships and donations to various sports teams and organizations.

Our Services

At P. W. Kaeser Stores, we offer a variety of services to make your shopping experience convenient and enjoyable. Our grocery department provides a wide selection of organic, gluten-free, and specialty items, as well as everyday essentials. We also have an in-store bakery and an in-store butcher, both offering fresh products daily.

In addition to our grocery offerings, we have a dry goods and hardware store section, stocked with inventory including shoes, clothing, toys, sports items, kitchenware, camping goods, and giftware. Our team is committed to providing quality service and a friendly atmosphere for our customers.

Grocery Delivery Service

We understand that life can get busy, which is why we are excited to offer our grocery delivery service. With deliveries available Monday to Saturday until 6:00 pm, you can enjoy the convenience of having your groceries delivered right to your doorstep. For a minimum order of $50.00, we charge a fee of $20.00 per order, which includes delivery. Alternatively, you can opt for curbside pick-up at our store for a fee of $15.00. Please note that we prefer a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all orders, and we will prepare and deliver your order as quickly as possible.
